Project Details

Waterset is a 1,000+ acre master-planned community in southwest Hillsborough County that incorporates parks and trails throughout the community and focuses on the lakes and water features.

Heidt helped bring the Waterset vision to life in the form of a real town with tree-lined streets that evokes a feeling of coming home. The community  features special gathering places where one can go and see familiar faces. We designed hubs for recreation, culture, education, commerce, and entertainment to serve as ports of entry for residents, newcomers, and visitors.

Phases one and two include 508 acres currently under construction that will eventually house 766 residential homes and multiple amenity centers.
