By serving the early adopters of this innovative amenity, Heidt Design has been at the forefront of the design of man-made lagoons powered by CRYSTAL LAGOONS® technology in the United States. Epperson is the first metro community in the country, the state, and the Tampa Bay area to incorporate these crystalline lagoons into their development plans. Heidt has provided conceptual design, engineering design, and landscape/hardscape construction plan design services for all of the development within the Epperson community.
