Project Details

K-BAR  Ranch is a 1,020-acre community consisting of 1,400 residential units, 20,000 units of commercial space, and a 58-acre park complex. This project represents the last large-scale master-planned community in the “New Tampa” area of the City of Tampa. The development plans include a multi-use amenity area, multi-use trails, and over 4.5 miles of two-lane and four-lane collector roadways linking Pasco County, Hillsborough County, and the City of Tampa.

K-BAR Ranch also contains the first designated wildlife corridor along with numerous wetlands and significant upland habitat area that will be blended into the fabric of the neighborhoods.
